Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Company Identification
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "Terms") apply to all sales concluded through the website www.gellery.fr for products sold under the Gellery brand, operated by:

2. Products
The products offered for sale include cosmetics, nail decoration products, and tools. They are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur, especially due to screen color rendering.
3. Orders
Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms. The customer selects the desired products on www.gellery.fr, adds them to the cart, confirms the order, and proceeds to secure payment.
THE ART GEL reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, including previous disputes, anomalies, or suspected fraud
4. Prices
Prices are listed in euros, including all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery charges. THE ART GEL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or any other payment method offered at the time of ordering. Payment is required immediately and conditions the dispatch of the products.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made within mainland France and Europe. Delivery fees are indicated before order confirmation. Delivery times are indicative; no refund will be issued in case of reasonable delay.
7. Right of Withdrawal (for consumers only)
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or pay penalties.
This right does not apply to opened or used products, especially for hygiene reasons.
8. Returns & Refunds
In the event of withdrawal or a reported issue upon receipt, the customer must contact THE ART GEL at the following address: contact@theartgel.com within 14 days. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return costs are borne by the customer (except in the case of an order error or defective product).
9. Warranties
In accordance with legal provisions, the customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website, the Gellery brand, and the products are the exclusive property of THE ART GEL. Any unauthorized reproduction, use, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
11. Personal Data
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the GDPR and French legislation. Customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.
12. Applicable Law – Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of THE ART GEL’s registered office, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
13. Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
All Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available through the customer account area on www.gellery.fr or upon request by email at contact@theartgel.com.
